Do you charge for the phone call?

No. The call is free. The contractor tells you their diagnostic or service-call fee before anyone is dispatched.

How fast can someone get here?

Same-day is common for standard repairs when you call in the morning. Emergency and after-hours calls route to companies with an on-call technician.

Are the technicians licensed and insured?

The network only accepts companies licensed and insured in the state where they work. You can ask for their license number on the call.
